Our Core Principles

  • Grow Food and Flowers that Spread Love: We believe that love begins with us. We value our own health, well-being, self-care, and work-life balance. This allows us to show up with love for others and for the farm, and to grow crops that can go into the community and spread love.

  • Respect the Land and the Gifts It Provides: We are grateful to the land, to the water, to the air, to the sun, and to all the living things (large, small, and microscopic) that act as co-farmers with us. We take our role of stewards of the land with responsibility and choose farming practices that align with our values rather than convenience or profit.

  • Build Community and Create Connections: We choose to support other local businesses and individuals in the community whenever possible. We vow to uplift others as we grow and work for the success of Together We Bloom AND for the success of other local businesses.

  • Support The Local Flower Revolution: 80% of flowers bought and sold in the United States are imported- the growing and transporting of these flowers are extremely problematic for many reasons. Together We Bloom aims to educate on and demonstrate the value of locally-grown flowers. We love buying from and supporting other local flower growers.

  • Work Hard and Be Brave: We approach problems with creativity and learn from our mistakes. We embrace the hard work that comes with farming and allow it to keep us humble. We believe that financial security is an essential part of what we do. We welcome feedback as a tool for growth. We are not afraid to dream, to fail, or to do things differently and we proudly lead by example.

  • Foster Relationships: We strive for authentic and meaningful relationships built on honesty, kindness, and mutual respect. We celebrate individuality and self-growth. We care for those around us and set boundaries when needed.

  • Choose Sustainability and Remain Transparent: Sustainability is a consideration in all that we do. We believe in being transparent about our growing practices and sourcing. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions, concerns, or suggestions about sustainability.

Thank you for supporting our small farm with BIG dreams.
