    Cost*: We are a small operation so this year, we are charging a flat rate of $10 on all shipments

    * We reserve the right to contact you and request an additional payment for shipping if the cost of shipping your order is significantly over this $10. We will not ship the order until the additional amount is paid. If additional payment is not made within 7 days of initial contact, we reserve the right to cancel the entire order and refund 50% per the refund notes below.

    Saturday, May 11. Free on-farm pick up from 12 pm to 2 pm: Come and get your order at our farm in South Ogden.

    Sunday, May 12 (Mother’s Day), Doorstep Deliv:ry, $15. We will be driving a delivery route from North Ogden to SLC.

    Option 2, Free Pick Up at TF Brewing: May 18 in SLC at sprig lager festival.

    Customer Responsibility: Customer must educate themself on how to grow and care for their dahlia tuber. Customers must check tubers and ensure the product is satisfactory within 2 days of delivery. Replacements or refunds can be discussed within this time frame by contacting Together We Bloom per the notes below.

    Order Cancelation: We reserve the right to cancel (and issue full refunds) on orders if the tubers are no longer viable at the time of shipping. The customer may cancel orders at any time (before the order has shipped.) Contact Together We Bloom per the notes below to request an order cancellation. Customer-canceled orders are eligible for a 50% refund per the refund notes below.

    Quality / Disease: To the best of our knowledge- we are sending you healthy tubers of your requested variety with at least one eye/growth point and without virus or disease. We do not keep or propagate any plants that show visible signs of virus or disease. However, dahlia virus and diseases are very very very common- and often lay dormant in the plants. Sick plants will generally still flower and grow ‘normally’, they may not even show signs of sickness. Because dahlia diseases and viruses are so common and can spread by insects, soil, and other plants, we only offer refunds for tubers that show suspicion of sickness within 7 weeks of the shipment date. Contact Together We Bloom per the notes below if you suspect your tuber is showing signs of sickness or disease. We are not responsible for poor growing conditions, poor tuber care, color differences (dahlias can vary based on where they are grown,) weather or pest problems, or for the general success of the customer in growing the dahlia tuber. If the tuber fails to sprout within 6 weeks of planting, please Together We Bloom per the notes below so we can evaluate what the problem may be.

    Refund: The total cost of the dahlia tubers that you purchase here includes: the reservation of your tubers and the care for your live tubers until shipment. For this reason, we are only able to offer 50% refunds on order cancelations to account for restocking and caring for a plant that now has no home.

    Contacting Together We Bloom with Concerns: If you need to contact us about problems with your order, send an email to hello@together-webloom.com with your order number and photos and let us know what the problem is. Do not discard any tubers that you wish to get a refund on until you complete all communication with Together We Bloom. All problems must be reported by July 31 of the same year the order was placed to be considered for full refund. All final decisions will be made by Together We Bloom

    Missed Pickup: If you cannot make pick-up, it is your responsibility to choose shipping. If you miss your pick-up date, you will be required to pay $10 for shipping via Venmo within 7 days or we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund 50% of the total per the refund notes below.
